The First Presbyterian Church of Huntington has been a home for the Scouts of America for decades. The organization encourages children to be trustworthy, brave and reverent among other admirable traits.

Robert Waldron has been educating the community for years in the Art of Karate. Self-defense is a prominent attribute of Karate while students will also learn confidence, leadership skills, character development, self-discipline and how to build and maintain a healthy body and weight. Lessons are inexpensive but the benefits are priceless. Classes are T, W and F. Ages 6-11 meet from 6pm to 7pm and adults meet 7pm to 8pm.

Music can soothe the soul of anyone. We at the First Presbyterian Church are proud to partner with the Joyful Songsters in that they use our facility for weekly practices. If you like to sing, no matter what your abilities are, please join in the fun on Monday nights in the sanctuary from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
