What’s Going on……in our church and in our community 

CALLING ALL MUSIC LOVERS!!

Did you know that First Presbyterian Church has a hand bell choir, as well as many singers and instrumentalists that provide special music throughout the year? But the good news is that there’s always room for more! All are welcome to join the fun and while we work hard, we do have fun along the way!

Music is a big part of our Sunday worship service. We have a great music director/pianist, along with a great organist who provide wonderful music. But we continually strive to make the music in worship more meaningful to those in the pews. So, starting in January, First Presbyterian is looking to expand our music program and would like to invite you to be a part of making a good program even better. And, NO, you do NOT have to be a member to join us as we praise God through the musical gifts He has blessed us with.

Handbell Choir

This Sunday, November 10th, our handbell choir will be presenting it’s first performance after taking the summer off. They have been practicing for several weeks and will play 2 songs during our worship time. Please join us for worship at 9:30 and enjoy the beautiful sounds and fruits of their hard work.
